Check it out below, and see if you can pick up on it.
Amazon.com has not released exact sales figures for the Kindle, but CEO Jeff Bezos has noted before that it is selling well and that some customers are buying both devices. The ad above attempts to show off the Kindle as an unique device for reading.
Interestingly, the topic of iPads and Kindles came up yesterday at the Nathan Myhrvold talk at the University of Washington. Myhrvold, the author of the new cookbook, "Modernist Cuisine," was asked why he didn't develop the $625, multi-volume set for either electronic gadget.
Myhrvold said when they started planning the book more than two years ago, the iPad wasn't yet on the market. As to the Kindle, he said the black and white screen would have made for a poor visual experience given that the cookbook features rich imagery.
